There are two firmware versions for the A3xx. Which should I choose?
The firmware updates for FLIR A3xx cameras can be found under partner tab/Firmware updates. If you do not have access to the partner tab and are a registered FLIR partner, contact customer support and send us information about your partnership. We will then make the required changes.

Why does streaming in FLIR Tools reduce to 1 fps or 15 fps?
This can be due to the fact that the camera is in DC, PiP, Fusion or MSX mode when the it was connected to the PC.

How many images/videos can the FLIR AX8 store in its internal memory?
The FLIR AX8 internal memory can store simultaneously 1 video and 30 images (approximately).

The red colorization is confusing: red means danger. How do I remove?
In order to remove the red colorization, your FLIR K45, K55, or K65 must be running firmware version 2.7.12.
