A310 camera loses settings after rebooting
If your A310/A310f is losing settings (ROI, alarms...) after rebooting, this could have been caused by the Nexus server running in the camera.

Why is my settings getting overwritten when I power on the camera?
From April 2012, a Nexus server will be installed in all FLIR A310f cameras delivered. This could be checked from camera web site by clicking System Information. Look for a section named Kits. If there is a line Optkitnexus, a Nexus server is installed.

Can I disable the shutter in FLIR A320/A325 for a prolonged period?
It is important that you do not disable the automatic shutter in the camera for a prolonged time period (typically max. 30 minutes). Disabling the shutter for a longer time period may harm, or irreparably damage, the detector.

At what speed do we measure with the A-series cameras?
A20/40 has a standard set measurement frequency of 10 Hz. Actual reached frequency will be lower, dependent on measurement setup.
