Why can't I install Reporter 8 on Microsoft Word 2000 and/or Microsoft Word XP?

The first release of Reporter 8.0 did not support MS Word 2000/XP.

Full support for Windows XP, Windows 2000, Office XP, Office 2003 SP2 is provided by Reporter 8.0 SR1

Please always make sure that you have the latest updates (Service Packs) from Microsoft installed.
