Donation adds to company’s unmanned systems and counter-drone technology currently in use by Ukraine forces THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., February 20, 2024 ― Teledyne FLIR Defense, part of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY), announced that Canada’s Department of National Defence is seeking over 800 SkyRanger R70 Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), valued at more than CAD$95 million (approximately US$70 million), that Canada will donate to the government of Ukraine.

The Teledyne FLIR Vision Awards are presented to members of the airborne law enforcement community who have best demonstrated use of thermal imaging systems in carrying out their missions, whether pursuing suspects, search and rescue efforts, or saving lives. The awards are divided into four categories, including the FANG Award for operations involving a K9 support team.

Teledyne FLIR Introduces Affordable Handheld 6-Channel Particle Counter for Monitoring Workplace Environmental Health and Air Quality
Teledyne FLIR, part of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, today announced the lightweight and ergonomic Extech VPC260 6-Channel Particle Counter, which was designed for convenient indoor air quality monitoring in commercial buildings, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, and cleanrooms. This easy-to-use meter can accurately measure and display up to 6 channels of particle sizes (down to 0.3 µm), air temperature, relative humidity, dew point, and wet bulb, helping technicians to identify hazardous conditions and ensure a safer working environment. With the VPC260, technicians can check for harmful air pollutants such as exhaust, smoke, respirable crystalline silica dust (RCS), and airborne combustible dust once particles are detected.

Teledyne FLIR Defense Signs $31 Million Contract with Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace for C-UAS Systems for Ukraine
Will provide its Cerberus XL counter-drone surveillance platform to identify and track unmanned aerial threats BOSTON, Mass., August 29, 2023 ― Teledyne FLIR Defense, part of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY), has signed a contract with Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, Norway, valued at roughly $31 million to provide its Cerberus® XL mobile counter-unmanned aerial system (UAS) as part of a total C-UAS solution for Ukraine. The agreement includes delivery of the surveillance platforms as well as software, spares, support and training.
