Local Heroes: HAZMAT Crew Uses FLIR in Response to Industrial Leak
On a Monday morning in early June, the Corpus Christi Fire Department HAZMAT Crews in Southern Texas were called to a scene after receiving reports of a strong ammonia smell throughout a wide-spread area. The CCFD HAZMAT Crew used a FLIR thermal camera capable of visualizing a leak that would otherwise be invisible to the naked eye.

Triggering options into Recorder advanced parameters of Altair
When one of the two triggering options is selected in the Advanced Menu of the Recorder tab (see screenshot of the Recorder advanced parameters window), it is no longer possible to deselect both of them at the same time.

My Firewire camera asks for a driver. Where are they located?
When Researcher installs it creates a directory in the following location: C:\Program Files\FLIR Systems\FLIR Device drivers. All the drivers required for USB and Firewire cameras are in this location. They can also be found on the Researcher CD.
