FLIR offers Extended Warranty options, so that you would not have to incur unexpected costs if your camera needs to be repaired. In case your IR camera needs to be serviced, the FLIR Extended Warranty will cover all parts and labor required to bring your product back to full operation. The Extended Warranty needs to be ordered prior to the expiration of the original warranty.

  • Ranger® R3

    The Ranger® R3 is a high-resolution radar that accurately detects personnel and vehicles at a range of up to 2,800 meters in virtually any climate, weather, or lighting condition to provide 24/7 security. Able to scan 360° every second to monitor more than 24 square kilometers (9.6 square miles), it can be integrated in an overlapping array with a variety of other radar and EO/IR units to conform to terrain profiles and protect larger areas such as borders.

    Miniature Laser Pointer (MLP) is useful for marking objects from long distances, and is compatible with all generations of night vision goggles. The ultralow weight of the MLP enables its use in small vehicles and in handheld applications. The timing sequence has multiple patterns available for user/OEM flexibility. User-defined patterns and ramping/flashing are also allowed.

  • Geo-Pointing Module（GPM）

    Once configured, it the PTU accepts geo-coordinates over the built-in Ethernet/IP interface and automatically commands the pan-tilt to aim at the corresponding location. This is a powerful capability that greatly simplifies systems integration and allows efficient coordination of multiple sensors and systems. Several cameras/sensors can be easily commanded to look at a single position by simply sending the same GPS command to all pan-tilt units. With geo-pointing, pan-tilts can be controlled from any geo-spatial or map-based user interface (e.g., Google Earth).

  • Inertial Stabilization Module（ISM）

    FLIR offers low-cost inertial stabilization module (ISM) as an option on several pan-tilt models including: PTU-D48E, PTU-D100E, and PTU-D300E. The ISM is fully integrated with the E-Series pan-tilt units requiring no external wiring or processing boxes. It provides a turn-key integrated solution for low-cost inertial line of sight (LOS) stabilization of any payload for mobile platforms including ground, air, and sea. For camera applications, inertial stabilization improves images while on the move. The ISM allows real-time computer control during stabilization, enabling closed loop systems for tracking, slew-to-queue, and more.
